Violine and Violine Case
Le Corbusier grew up in a music-loving environment, which made musical instruments one of his favorite subjects. Violin is a subject that reminds us of his brother Albert, who became a violinist. It is a piece he worked on during the early period of his Purist era with Ozenfant, and his sketches illustrate pronounced features and shadows.
